Founded by Jonnell Gailey, CMP, DES, CIS – an industry veteran with over 20 years of professional event planning experience. She has a bachelor of science in Event Planning & Festival Programming; and holds highly esteemed designations as a Certified Meeting Professional, a Digital Event Strategist, and Certified Incentive Specialist. She has worked with internationally respected companies such as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Disneyland Global Events, and the International Esthetics Cosmetics & Spa Conference. She has worked on projects with celebrity entertainment like Gwen Stefani, and Little Big Town; produced events at iconic locations like Churchill Downs; and has planned everything from intimate weddings to 50,000-person conferences.
Jonnell is an “event nerd” to the core and has a passion for planning, an eye for detail, and finds complete joy in thinking outside the box. Logistics and spreadsheets make her giddy. Watching months of hard work come alive makes her tear. You’ll often find her behind the scenes of an event with her hands over her heart and a huge smile on her face while she watches attendees absorb the experiences designed for their enjoyment.
She is a single mom of two beautiful teens (who were an inspiration to the company name), an animal lover, and a bad ass boss b*tch (in a nice way). She loves her family and friends, food, and will never say no to bread, cheese, and a glass of rosé.
